Driving Directions

From I-10 and Huebner Rd.: Take Huebner Rd. east towards the medical center area. After passing USAA Blvd., look for the Foundation HealthPlex clock tower on your left hand side. Turn left into Foundation HealthPlex. (If you pass Floyd Curl Drive, you have gone too far). Our clinic will be located at the back of the driveway, on the right hand side.

From Babcock Rd. and Huebner Rd.: Take Huebner Rd. west towards I-10. After passing Floyd Curl, look for the Foundation HealthPlex clock tower on your right hand side. Turn right into Foundation HealthPlex. (If you pass USAA Blvd., you have gone too far). Our clinic will be located at the back of the driveway, on the right hand side.
